How to get Full English Administration Panel+Menus ?

First, i've try to install the "UTF8" version....without success...so, i've install the "regular" version...and it's working Well

During the installation, i've setup "english" as primary language....

So, if i go to the home page, the site is display in English...but when i go to the Admin panel....some words are in english....but all menus+descriptions are in russian....

How to fix this ? is the english translation complete ?

Settings have not been translated, maybe in future versions this bug will be fixed.
For everything else there are language files.

Any way to use "langs" files for the administration panel ... so, it will be REALLY more easy to proceed to some translations ... and provide a really multilanguages CMS ... ?

I just talked to the developer, ability to translate admin panel will be implemented soon, however it will be a little bit limited.
The language of admin panel will be determined during installation. Future change will be impossible (Only reinstalling)
So if you are planning to set a system on other language, you should think about this before setuping the system up.
As for that topic, i will post a reply there shortly.
